This design was produced for 'A Feast of Silver' an exhibition at Contemporary Applied Arts. Intended to celebrate the Millennium through objects used to consume food - a basic ritual of everyday life. A simple soup tureen can offer its utility to everyone. All societies have their soup. Purchased by the Fine Art Society for Birmingham City Museum.
